Do you make custom items?

Absolutely! I love creating custom items. It is exactly what got me to where I am today!   You can can always text or call me 440-941-6544 or email me: rita@laughinggirldesign.com with your ideas and we can work on a plan to get that special item created for you!

I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund of the merchandise purchase price.  Please read our complete refund policy here.

What if an item is damaged in shipping?

Thankfully everything is shipped with insurance so that is easily taken care of once you provide us with the best images of the damaged goods.  I will send you  your replacement as quick as it takes me to create it and get it shipped to you. Please keep in mind that there are periods, especially during the holidays where the replacement may take a tad longer to reach you so the sooner you reach out to me, the quicker we can get it resolved.

How do I return something?

To exchange or return your purchase, simply fill in the return form attached to your packing slip and return it with your merchandise to:

For your protection, return your package insured by UPS, or USPS.

What is your return and refund policy?

All Laughing Girl Design, LLC, purchases are backed by my 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. The main goal is to have you happy with your purchase. With that said, please note, personalized items may not be returned unless defective.  All replacement products are subject to price change and availability. I am not responsible for typographical or system errors. The best way to avoid this issue is to double check the proofs I provide for you on custom/personalized items. Your approval is required before I proceed with making the item. It saves both you and me a lot of headaches!
